The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in retail management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the capability to manage various aspects of store operations, including inventory control, employee training, and customer service. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes.
