Sephora Canada in Thunder Bay is seeking a Stage Experience Lead – Full Time to oversee all sales floor departments within a single Sephora location. This role can cover Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare, or combinations, ensuring the selling model and exceptional client service align to store objectives.

You will coach and develop the team, drive in-store events, and monitor performance to maximize results. A solid track record in a similar role and excellent communication are essential.
