This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys building strong, high-performing teams.About The RoleLeadership & People Management Lead, coach, and develop all store employees Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management* Foster a positive, engaged work culture and address issues promptly* Ensure all team members follow company policies and alcohol regulationsStore Operations Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows* Manage store communication (email, updates, direction setting) Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations and company standardsCustomer Experience Model friendly, informed,
