Strata Building Cleaner (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (4 hours per day)

Total Hours: 12 hours per week

Lomanex Cleaning Services Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Strata Building Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a residential strata building in Vancouver.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work independently to keep common areas clean, safe, and presentable for residents.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain common areas of the strata building.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Clean and sanitize elevators, hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Clean and maintain shared amenity areas and other common spaces.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins.
- Clean glass doors, windows, and other accessible surfaces.
- Refill cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.




- Follow cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Work Schedule
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Compensation $21.00 per hour

12 hours per week, with a consistent morning schedule.
