The City of Toronto, CREM division, seeks a Change Management Consultant to lead change initiatives across a diverse civic property portfolio, providing client-focused consulting, research and implementation advice.

Reporting to the Director, you will support strategic initiatives, communications, and transformation efforts while balancing policy, budget, and stakeholder priorities in a energetic municipal environment.
