Educators Financial Group, owned by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation, seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leaders, coordinating calendars, travel, and confidential correspondence in a hybrid Toronto workplace.

You will back the HR Committee and board administration, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate town halls and special projects, and partner with HR and operations to keep the organization running smoothly.
