Mitel is seeking a senior FP&A; skilled to partner with the Americas Service Organization, leading full P&L; from revenue to gross margin. You will implement governance, enhance financial transparency, and deliver analytical insights for strategic decisions.

Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus, with reporting to the Global Head of Service Finance. In this role you will drive monthly actuals and outlook reporting, perform variance analysis, and guide budgeting and midterm planning
