- Advise on labour relations and employee matters for leaders
- Manage grievance procedures and dispute resolutions effectively
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and institutional regulations
- Provide strategic support during collective bargaining processes
- Foster collaborative relationships across different university departments
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related area
- Minimum four years of experience in a unionized institution
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle detailed documentation and analysis
- Knowledge of labour relations in post-secondary education
