Overview

We are seeking Substitute Teachers to join our educational team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment when regular teachers are unavailable. Please apply only if you have a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate.

Responsibilities

When the Homeroom Teacher is absent, the substitute teacher will resume his/her responsibilities.

Delivers course content, academic support, and student supervision throughout the school day.

Maintains and respects confidentiality of students and school personnel information.

Complies with and supports school policies and procedures.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment with a flexible, versatile, and positive approach to recent assignments.

Competence in executing pre-planned lessons, delivering Alberta Education curriculum, and effective class management.

Schedule

- 7 hour shift

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Alberta Teacher Certificate (required)

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $250.00 per day
