Sugarista The Sugar Cube | Waterloo, ON The Sugar Cube is growing, and we are looking for a warm, reliable, and client-focused person to join our team as a Sugarista.

This is not your average beauty job. Sugaring is a specialized form of hair removal, and we teach our own method from the ground up. You do not need previous sugaring experience to apply. We are looking for the right person: someone who loves making people feel comfortable, enjoys working with others, pays attention to the little things, and is excited to learn a hands-on skill.

What You’ll Do

As a Sugarista, you will help clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for during every visit.

Your role will include:

- Learning professional body sugaring through our paid training program
- Providing friendly, attentive, and professional client care
- Helping clients feel at ease during personal hair-removal services
- Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and presentation
- Building positive relationships with clients and teammates
- Keeping treatment rooms stocked, clean, and ready for each appointment
- Supporting the day-to-day flow of a busy, upbeat salon
- Continuing to learn and grow as part of The Sugar Cube team

Training

No sugaring experience is required.

We provide a structured three-month paid training period to teach you the skills, service standards, and confidence needed to become a Sugarista. Training includes hands-on learning, client-care expectations, sanitation standards, and learning how to provide the welcoming experience The Sugar Cube is known for.





We are looking for someone who is open to feedback, willing to practise, and committed to learning the craft properly.

Experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa services, hospitality, retail, reception, wellness, or customer service is an asset, but it is not required.
