Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent/Maintenance professional to lead and oversee maintenance operations within our manufacturing or industrial facility. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust management skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and proven leadership in supervising maintenance teams.

Duties

- Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities across the facility, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and low voltage systems.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to ensure high team productivity.
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, repairs, or installations with effective project management practices.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Oversee the management of programmable logic controllers (PLCs)



and other automation systems critical to manufacturing processes.

Requirements

- Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including familiarity with schematics and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance practices, including HVAC systems and low voltage wiring.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking.
- Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams, manage projects, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Prior experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation technology is highly desirable.
