The Supply Chain/Procurement Sourcing Technology Analyst is responsible for leading Technology procurement and sourcing activities such as the negotiation of terms of price, quantity and delivery, analyzing comparable suppliers and agreeing on contracts in coordination with Citi Businesses. Oversee sourcing and supply base strategy, develop standards, policies, targets, and category strategies as well as coordinate the sourcing process for the various products and services within the procurement group. Lead and execute on key sourcing projects including new supplier onboardings, incremental services with existing services.

Conduct key sourcing and contracting activities such as competitive events, master contract reviews, schedules and statement or work review. Ensure all approvals and risk processes are completed. Develop and/or implement market analyses/benchmarking processes and leverage key insights to inform and support the category strategy development process Set strategic direction with suppliers, establish supplier qualification criteria, develop contract requirements and master agreements, model total cost of ownership, and negotiate and manage contracts Develop strategies for sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, productivity, and customer and supplier relationships Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.



6-10 years of Technology Sourcing experience ~ Certified Purchase Qualified such as CPM or CIPS preferred ~ Experience in sourcing or procurement in a large, multi-national organization ~ Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel ~ Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and eProcurement tools (e.g Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFx) ~ Demonstrated strategic sourcing/procurement, stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skills Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred Corporate Services Supply Chain Full time Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $We use automated processing, including artificial intelligence, for our legitimate business interests (or our reasonable and appropriate business purposes) to identify and align the candidate's skills and abilities with a specific job opening.
