Location is currently seeking a Buyer to join our Strategic Sourcing team. The essential function of this position is to assist in the execution of the day to day purchasing activities and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery through daily expediting, including ERP system dates and communication with the Purchasing team Procure materials and finished goods as assigned for customer deliverable products in accordance with quality and engineering specs Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices Perform inventory analysis and management, avoiding low stock,



overstock and obsolete inventory Analyze root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions Collaborate with other departments to reduce excess inventory Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop demand requirements for events, promotions, shows, campaigns, product launches and stocking orders Support the collection of data and implementation of MPL procurement initiatives Define and maintain policies and procedures for the department Provide support to the Purchasing department At least two years of purchasing experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Spanish-speaking an asset Working conditions are normal for an office setting Use of company computer and phone Mastronardi Produce has accommodation processes and policies in place and provides accommodation for employees with disabilities.
