Good Shepherd Centres is hiring a Property Management Assistant within the Housing Department to support tenants, coordinate property management duties, and assist Maintenance Managers. You will handle inquiries, maintain records, and coordinate pest control, moves, and signings. The role requires robust knowledge of HSA/RTA, legislative interpretation, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Excel/Word and Arcori is preferred; CPR/First Aid & WHMIS are an asset.
