Surface Production Operator | Talent Pool The Jansen project in Saskatchewan, Canada is set to become one of the largest potash mines in the world and islocatedapproximately 140kilometerseast of Saskatoon. As the largest investment in Saskatchewan’s history, Jansen is expected to generate approximately 5,500 workforce opportunities during construction and 900 long-term roles. Once fully ramped up, Jansen is expected to have an initial production capacity of approximately 8.5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), with the potential to produce 16 to 17 Mtpa in future stages.

Reporting to the Surface Production Supervisor, the Operator applies expertise to meet the production schedule, by controlling and monitoring mill equipment. In this role, you will apply technical skills to solve problems and deliver for the customer.
We are advertising this position in anticipation of future requirements and may not have an immediate opening in this area. We’re building a pool of talented individuals who are interested in being considered when the right role becomes available. Provide on-site operation of the mill processing equipment to optimise Potash operations.
Follow direction and guidance from the mill shift supervisor and IOC mill controller. Conduct a detailed handover with the incoming mill operator to ensure that all process and plant conditions are known and understood. This role will be based at the Jansen Mine Site located in Leroy, SK. alternating day and night shifts.
If you do not currently reside within the Jansen regions, you may choose to relocate, supported by a comprehensive relocation package,
or to stay in Jansen's Discovery Lodge while on shift. Previous processing plant/mill experience.
