Tozen Sushi Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sushi Cook to join our team. We are a busy, independently owned sushi restaurant located in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Sushi roll (maki) and nigiri preparation
- Ingredient prep and kitchen station setup
- Handling orders quickly and accurately during busy dinner rushes
- Kitchen cleaning and maintaining food safety standards
Qualifications
- Beginners welcome / Experienced candidates preferred
- Basic knife skills and attention to detail (willingness to learn for entry-level applicants)
- Ability to work efficiently and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Korean speaking is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay:
$20 per hour + Tips (Wage is negotiable depending on experience)
