The successful candidate will support IT Service Management solutions, system integrations, application development, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Support incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in line with IT governance, risk, compliance, and business objectives.

Perform

ServiceNow system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and production support. Support system integrations and application development; promote technical best practices. Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews. Perform root cause analysis and lead resolution of production/test issues. Must-Have Requirements ~5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Systems Administration experience ~ ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification – mandatory
