As a Tailor-Made Consultant, you will maximize sales of Tailor-Made and FIT products and provide exemplary customer service via phone, email, and live chat. The Tailor-Made team works with our DMCs to create amazing itineraries focused on Sustainable, Experience-Rich Travel. You will collaborate with travelers and travel agents across North America to create and sell unforgettable adventures.

A high-performing individual in this role consistently meets or exceeds sales targets,maintainshigh customer satisfaction scores, and contributes actionable insights that support ongoing business improvement. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based out of our Toronto office on a hybrid basis. The salary for this position is $54,814 CAD, plus additional sales commissions, along with a great perks package and many awesome perks.





Travel industry course and/or experience within the travel industry Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations Experience in a sales position Experience building Tailor-Made or FIT trips Experience providing customer service via telephone, email, and live chat Experience working with travel booking systems Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce Alongside your excellent phone, email and live chat technique,you’llpossessstrong selling skills to qualify the enquiry and close the sale.
