- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews effectively

- Support employer branding through active LinkedIn presence

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in full-cycle Talent Acquisition
- Experience with Oracle ATS is an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
