The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month temporary assignment. You will coordinate recruitment cycles, post jobs, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and support onboarding and orientation activities.

You will work with the TA team on projects such as ATS implementation, HR orientation, and records management, providing reports on recruitment metrics and contributing to process improvements.
