Greenhouse: applicant tracking and candidate CRM Claude and Microsoft Copilot, used daily across sourcing, screening and drafting The stack you'll be hiring for: Java, Spring Boot, Vue, Kubernetes 2+ years in recruitment, agency or in-house, with hires you sourced yourself and carried through to offer. ~ Technical recruiting experience. You have hired software engineers and can hold a credible conversation about a stack like ours. ~ Outbound sourcing you can quantify: prospects contacted, reply rate, and hires that came from your own outreach. ~ Written outreach as a core skill. ATS discipline, including accurate source attribution.

Greenhouse experience is an asset. ~ Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written. Sourcing or recruiting for backend, cloud or platform engineering.

Experience with outreach sequencing or sourcing platforms (Gem, hireEZ, SeekOut or similar). Campus recruitment or early-talent program experience. Understanding of the HR or Financial domain space. A portfolio you own outright, with real decision rights on how you build pipeline and who you put forward.
