Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator based in Canada. This fully remote contract role supports the coordination and smooth execution of recruitment activities for a large technology organization. You’ll manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and essential hiring documentation throughout the recruiting process.

You’ll work closely with candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience at every stage. Confidentiality and accuracy will be critical when handling candidate information, offers, resumes, and other sensitive materials. You’ll also contribute ideas and improvements that help make recruiting processes more consistent and efficient.

This six-month opportunity is well suited to an experienced recruiting coordinator who thrives in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, interview schedules, and related information. Keep recruiting activities organized and aligned with changing schedules,



priorities, and deadlines.

Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, candidates, and other stakeholders to support a smooth recruitment process. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, procedures, and overall coordination efficiency. Maintain accurate information within the applicant tracking system and support consistent recruiting administration. 3+ years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably within a large technology company. ~ Previous experience supporting recruitment for a US-based organization. ~ Hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS. ~ Fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in Canada.
