Description:

GitLab is hiring a Talent Brand Manager to own the storytelling side of recruiting — shaping how candidates and employees understand what it’s like to work there. This role blends marketing, content, and recruiting operations, sitting at the intersection of employer brand and talent acquisition.

In this role, you’ll turn GitLab’s employer value proposition into candidate-facing content and campaigns across careers pages, social media, and review platforms. You’ll produce employee and culture stories, partner with the recruiting team on hiring-priority campaigns,



and use engagement data to track what’s actually moving the needle. Expect to manage outside vendors and help streamline how the talent brand team operates day to day.

- Background in employer brand, recruitment marketing, content strategy, or communications
- Strong storytelling and editorial writing skills
- Experience running multi-stakeholder campaigns end to end
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fully remote, async work workplace
