Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Talent Operations, the Learning & Talent Coordinator supports the delivery of Learning and Talent initiatives across the organization. This role coordinates engaging employee experiences and supports the core operational processes that enable the success of People programming.
Support the delivery of People Strategy initiatives, with a primary focus on learning and development programs, talent management, and talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the redesign and continuous improvement of processes by identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve employee experience, and support more effective ways of working.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of learning and development programs, including scheduling, event management, registration, attendance tracking, logistics, translation, feedback surveys, platform setup, and day-of production support for virtual and in-person sessions in English and French.
- Organize and maintain program materials across relevant platforms, including the LMS and SharePoint, ensuring resources are accessible, current, and aligned to brand standards.
- Support the execution of learning and talent processes by maintaining documentation,
coordinating timelines and communications, preparing reports, and helping ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide professional and timely support to employees, leaders, external candidates, and vendors, helping to create a positive experience aligned to Wawanesa’s brand.
- Three to five years of experience in HR administration within financial services.
- Analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
