One of the main responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant is managing and working with the flow cytometer and optimizing the flow cytometry section of the lab.

The TA must be enrolled in a graduate Studies Program in Microbiology and Immunology or pursuing a graduate degree with a focus on immunology, and work on a project with a focus on immunology. A solid understanding of immunology and flow cytometry is a must, i.e. optimizing the flow cytometry.

Effective communication skills in English are essential. An effective communication skill in French is desirable.
