You will manage daily operations for a team of five experienced Account Managers, facilitating interactions with top-tier clients and premium carriers such as Prestige and Chubb. Manage high-net-worth clients and coordinate quotes

- Direct group insurance strategies for existing accounts
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers
- Assist with the recruitment and training of recent staff
- Work with producers on high-end submissions and sales Experience with luxury carriers and personal lines
