Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members. In this role, you will be the friendly face that enhances our guests’ dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating, menu selections, and inquiries to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff, and deliver orders promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, throughout your shift
- Handle customer requests or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support opening and closing procedures,



including setting up or breaking down dining spaces and restocking supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold cleanliness standards and promote a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods

Experience
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to learn about menu items, restaurant procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant work
