As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting councils, and ensuring the operational and financial success of the communities you manage. Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties. Build trusted relationships with strata councils, owners, residents, and service providers.

Provide guidance on governance, budgeting,



maintenance planning, and community operations. Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reporting, and council recommendations. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to maintain strong property performance.

Resolve issues proactively while delivering a high level of customer service. Minimum 3 years of condominium property management experience.

Experience managing high-rise condominium communities. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable using property management software and technology-based tools. Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between properties. RCM designation, or progress toward obtaining one, is considered an asset.
