Job Overview
- Role: Senior Full-Stack Contractor (Frontend-Leaning) – Expression of Interest

Key Responsibilities
- Client Application Delivery: Stand ready to build responsive, server-side rendered (SSR) and statically generated (SSG) web applications using React and Next.js (App Router) upon assignment kickoff.
- Backend & Middleware: Develop and maintain scalable backend services, middleware, and microservices using Node.js and Express for client infrastructure.
- API & Data Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize GraphQL queries, schemas, and resolvers to aggregate data from multiple enterprise endpoints.
- Content Systems: Integrate and manage dynamic content workflows via Contentful Headless CMS and interface with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) via Headless APIs.
- Database & Cloud Management: Design NoSQL schemas using MongoDB Atlas; configure network security (VPC peering, IP access lists) between GCP and Atlas.
- CI/CD Automation: Architect, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or GCP Cloud Build.
- Containerization: Containerize applications using Docker and automate deployments to serverless container runtimes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., Cloud Run, GKE).
- AI-Assisted Efficiency: Actively utilize GitHub Copilot and AI developer extensions within your IDE to accelerate feature delivery and rapidly generate robust automated tests.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend Mastery: Advanced proficiency in React.js HTML5/CSS3, Next.js (App Router & Server Components), and modern TypeScript.
- Backend & API: Strong backend experience using Node.js and Express.js for building highly available enterprise APIs, alongside GraphQL API design.
- CMS Ecosystems: Proven track record implementing SaaS Headless CMS solutions (specifically Contentful) and integration experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong cloud experience deploying, scaling, and managing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Database Expertise: Proven experience configuring cloud-managed databases and managing data lifecycles securely in MongoDB Atlas.
- DevOps & Security: Deep knowledge of writing automated CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Docker, and implementing cloud security best practices (IAM / Secret Manager).
- AI Tool Integration: Professional experience leveraging GitHub Copilot (or Copilot Chat) to streamline daily workflows and troubleshoot complex logic.
