- Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for Technical Success
- Create onboarding and ongoing learning experiences for practitioners




- Collaborate on translating complex technical concepts into training content
- Enhance practitioners' skills in customer diagnosis and risk management
- Develop assessments and certifications to measure learning impact Requirements:
- 5+ years in enablement, technical customer success, or solutions consulting
- Proven experience in creating enablement programs for technical audiences
- Robust understanding of enterprise software and technical concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with the Coveo Platform is a plus Drive technical learning and customer impact at Coveo through effective enablement strategies and programs.
