Training is a learning management system (LMS) designed to ensure training compliance, qualification and job readiness. In this role, you will be an expert in the use of AI to design and build AI agents that automate Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training processes. Hands-on design and development of AI product features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI Assist with AI Agent evaluations Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications ~ Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection,



and model integration ~ Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs ~ Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering ~ Solid collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams ~ Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders ~ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision ~ Must be able to travel 20% Experience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role Experience building products on application development platforms Experience building software for regulated industries Experience interacting with customers and internal teams remotely and across geographies If moving to the interview stage, the process is as follows: A conversation with the hiring manager A practical case exercise A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader.
