From commissioning recent builds to troubleshooting high‑voltage systems in the field, you’ll use your electrical know‑how to keep customers running safely, efficiently,
and with confidence.
Shift: 7x7, 12 hours per day Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5‑year provincial driving record will be required Travel: up to 25% travel within Canada and the USA Relocation: This position may offer relocation Support equipment builds, commissioning, and follow‑up service on customer sites Provide on‑site technical support across all product lines Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues Adjust, repair, or replace components and systems at customer sites Track machine component KPIs and maintain accurate service records Interface field issues with Product Support team to drive improvements Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson required (dual ticket preferred) ~1–3 years of related experience in mining or heavy equipment industry ~ Strong ability to diagnose issues with PLCs, VFDs,
and high‑voltage systems ~ Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and proportional valve control ~ Knowledge of Advanced Control Systems such as Faceboss 2.0 ~ Strong customer service and communication skills withexperience dealing with customers in a technical role ~ Ability to work independently and with other trades and apprentices in a field environment ~ Able to work in outdoor/underground environments and have no restriction to access any mine site ~ Experience with Microsoft Office and Sales Force is an asset This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our organization.
