Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: At Finning, the world’s largest Caterpillar deal, we are looking for two experienced Mining Technical Service Representatives – Shovels and Drills to support our mining customers across Canada. Build robust relationships with mining customers and act as a trusted technical advisor Schedule and conduct customer site visits, equipment inspections and technical reviews Assess shovel and drill machine health and provide detailed analysis and recommendations Prepare customer reports and communicate opportunities to improve reliability and performance Coordinate with Finning’s Parts and Service teams to ensure required components and support are delivered on time Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational support Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic, Millwright, Engineer, or equivalent mining equipment experience Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in mining, heavy equipment or industrial operations Valid class 5 drivers license Caterpillar equipment experience is considered a strong asset Strong organization, planning and time management abilities Strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction This position is on a 7x7 shift rotation 5.75% Employer paid pension,
