Project OverviewOur client is a globally recognized institutional investment management organization managing investments across public and private equity, real estate, infrastructure, fixed income, and other major asset classes.

We are seeking a Technical Support / Platform Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for a technology platform, troubleshoot incidents, collaborate with technical stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and manage incidents through resolution.
- Monitor systems, investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate complex problems to L3 teams when required.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to gather information and drive timely issue resolution.




- Support incident and change management processes and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills
- Git / GitHub
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Zabbix monitoring
- ITIL framework and processes
- ServiceNow – Incident & Change Management

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Python – Basic to Intermediate
- JFrog Artifactory
- Atlassian tools – Jira, Confluence/Wiki; user and administrator experience
- Terraform
- Bash / PowerShell scripting
- IBM platforms/tools such as DataStage, UrbanCode, and WebMQ
