Maximo (MAS) Technical Analyst (Maximo Solution Aritect) Pay Rate: (flexible) Contract Length: 12 months Support business requirements workshops with SMEs and stakeholders. # Analyze and apply business requirements and translate into MAS configuration. # Configure and customize MAS Manage, Predict, Health modules (Work Orders, PM, Assets, Locations, Inventory, Procurement). # Implement and configure Asset Condition Management (ACM). # Develop automation scripts using Python/Jython. # Configure security groups, roles, and access controls. # Develop and support integrations using MIF and REST/OSLC APIs. # Support data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation. # Prepare technical and functional documentation (specs, design, deployment, testing). # Conduct unit testing and support SIT, UAT, and regression testing. # Deploy configurations across Dev/Test/UAT/Production environments. # Provide go-live and post-implementation support. # Participate in project meetings, reporting, and status updates. Proven hands-on experience with MAS Manage configuration and implementation, preferably within a large public sector or public transit setting. Strong understanding of EAM business processes including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Assets, Locations, Inventory, and Procurement.

Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as a Maximo Technical Analyst working with IBM Maximo 7.6.1+, including recent MAS 8.Experience transforming business requirements into technical gathering and translating into system configuration. Expertise in Maximo configuration, including applications, domains, workflows, escalations, communication templates, cron tasks, and security groups.





Experience with automation scripts (Python/Jython).

Experience with system deployment across Dev/Test/UAT/Production environments.

Experience supporting data migration, validation, and reconciliation. Strong technical, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.

Experience implementing Asset Condition Management (ACM), including condition monitoring, meter groups, and condition-based maintenance, is an added asset.
