As a key member of the Group Functions Technology team, you will drivestrategic technology initiativesthat enable business transformation. Lead technology innovation and digital transformationsolutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. ConductPOCs, technical assessments, and feasibility studiesto evaluate emerging technologies and solutions.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical blueprints. Ensure compliance withsecurity, data governance, and regulatory standards. Prepare and presentsolution architecturesin local governance forums.

Act as an internal consultant to craftbusiness transformation proposalsand lead implementation through interim architectures. Evaluate vendor solutions for architecture risk, security, resiliency, and availability. Proven experience as aSolution Architectwith strong exposure todigital transformation.

Solid understanding ofGenerative AItechnologies. Expertise incloud-native solutions andcloud platforms(Azure, AWS). Robust knowledge ofapplication security, architectural frameworks, and engineering best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience inlarge-scale digital transformation projectswithin financial services or insurance.
