We are supporting a growing and highly innovative financial services organization in their search for a Java Engineer to join their Payments Technology team. This is an exciting prospect for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, taking ownership, and working across a broad range of technologies, projects, and business functions. You will work closely with senior leaders, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams to build and enhance critical payment platforms supporting ACH, Wires, Real-Time Payments (RTP), FedNow , and other modern payment networks.

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs using Java and Spring Boot . Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Develop and maintain integrations with banking partners, third-party providers, and internal systems.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting,



and continuous improvement initiatives. Support monitoring, observability, and operational excellence efforts in partnership with DevOps and production support teams. In addition to base compensation, employees are eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program .
