Role Description This full-time remote Telesales Specialist role focuses on engaging prospective and existing clients over the phone to promote mortgage products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining product options, and guiding clients through the initial steps of the mortgage process.

The Telesales

Specialist will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, follow up on leads provided by the brokerage, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in ongoing training and coaching sessions, and consistently providing a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, active listening, and concise explanation of mortgage products.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar target-driven environment.
- Ability to participate in and apply Training, including ongoing coaching and product knowledge development.
- Familiarity with mortgage or financial services is preferred, but not required.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, call systems).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
