This role provides the opportunity to build a strong foundation in customer service and banking operations, with the potential to grow into a Universal Banker role or other opportunities within our branch network.

We’re searching for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. Greet and assist customers with everyday banking needs- whether it’s deposits, withdrawals, or check cashing. Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering the right banking solutions.

Help with additional tasks like issuing cashier’s checks, processing night deposits, and handling coin rolls. Help with debit cards, safe deposit boxes, and more. Train to be a Teller, eventually transitioning into a Universal Banker role or another role within the branch.

You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some experience in customer service or cash handling (preferred but not required). You have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and coworkers.



You’re flexible and able to work at different locations or on Saturdays when needed.
