In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, support and develop staff, and help adults with diverse abilities achieve meaningful, independent lives through person-centred services.

Ensure quality service delivery, documentation, and compliance with agency, licensing, and CLBC standards. Collaborate with individuals served, families, and community partners to support person-centred goals.
