We are looking for a motivated and organized Legal Assistant to support our lawyers across a variety of practice areas. You will help keep files and matters moving forward, handle day-to-day administrative work, and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely and professional service. Draft, format, and prepare legal documents, letters, and general correspondence Answer phones, greet clients, and assist with front-desk duties as needed Provide general administrative and office support to the team You are comfortable with some ambiguity, adaptable when priorities shift, and you bring a positive attitude to the work even when it gets busy.

Legal assistant diploma, paralegal certificate,



or equivalent experience preferred Experience in a legal environment is a solid asset, but candidates with strong administrative backgrounds and a genuine interest in the legal field are encouraged to apply Experience in family law, civil litigation, immigration, real estate, or criminal law is preferred but not required Familiarity with general office administration, calendar management, and client communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, and/or Google Drive and Google Workspace Experience with Clio or other legal practice management software is a plus Fluency in a language other than English is an asset Mentorship, training, and support in a collaborative environment.
