Pay Rate: $22.80/hourly

Shift: Monday to Tuesday 16:00 - 20:00 Saturday 09:00 - 17:00

- Proactive & reactive security patrols
- Majority of shift will be spent conducting exterior patrols
- Response to incidents
- Enforce site rules and regulations
- Report writing and note taking

Job Requirements:

- Valid Security License for Ontario




- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
- Able to stand for up to 6-8 hours per shift
- Able to complete extensive patrolling of site
- Fluent English communication (oral and written) required
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
- - Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position. You will be required to attend in-person training at the Kingston office to complete the certification
- Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
