Manager, Strategic Initiatives As a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will play a key role in advancing the strategic priorities of Scotia Financial Planning across Canada. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, support innovation, and help shape the future of Scotia Financial Planning through strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Scotia Financial

Planning team is looking for a strategic, results-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, driving change, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment, engagement, and successful implementation of initiatives.

Leverages data, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices to develop recommendations and support decision-making. Champions a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across Scotia Financial Planning. Manages multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation,



process improvement, or change management activities. Strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and driving business outcomes.

Wealth

Management industry experience is considered an asset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible schedule as required. Be part of a collaborative and high-performing national team focused on delivering exceptional client and advisor experiences.

Work on strategic initiatives that directly influence the future growth and evolution of Scotia Financial Planning. Gain exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional partners across Wealth Management and the broader Bank.
