We're looking for a passionate and energetic Keyholder to join our team and help deliver an exceptional retail experience. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties.

As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate. Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. ~ Participate in training and onboarding new team members. ~ Customer Service: ~ Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features. ~ Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. ~ Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.

Inventory:



~ Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures. ~ Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving. ~ Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders. Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role. ~ Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales. ~ Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards ~ Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset. ~ Comfortable with adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays. ~ High school diploma or equivalent. ~ We are committed to providing accommodation for people with disabilities.
