Review and audit lease-related charges, including operating costs, property taxes, and percentage-based rent, ensuring calculations align with contractual terms

- Enter and maintain approved billing and calculation methodologies within the organization’s ERP system
- Maintain tenant billing information and methodologies to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support the annual budgeting process through the preparation, review, and analysis of estimated tenant charges
- Prepare and issue year-end reconciliation adjustments and invoices
- Maintain schedules using monthly sales information and prepare applicable billing calculations
- Calculate applicable property tax adjustments and prepare related tenant billings




- Complete ad hoc analysis and support various projects and initiatives as required. University degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; ~5+ years of experience in recovery accounting, property accounting, or a similar setting; ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ~ Experience with Yardi or a similar property management/accounting system is an asset; ~ The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. #
