Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Construction Positioning Technology for our Regina Construction and Forestry location. We provide industry leading technologies to the construction, building, surveying, engineering, governmental, and mining markets. These markets are adopting and expanding the use of technology at a record pace, and seeking solutions to improve accuracy and productivity in their field operations while optimizing their field to office workflow.

Recent account creation and development Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers.

Achieve

Sales targets as set out by the Company. Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities. Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.

Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts. Maintain accurate records of Sales activities,



Customer interactions, and Quotations. Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis.

Lost sales reports are to be filled out on all lost sales and submitted on a weekly basis to the manager. Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of the Surveying and Construction industry considered an asset. Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Construction or Surveying considered an asset.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts. Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers. Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft office suite.

Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required.
