Duties

- Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
- Conduct wheel alignments and perform basic vehicle maintenance related to tires and suspension systems
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, recommending suitable products, and answering questions about vehicle care
- Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently during installation or removal
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and equipment is in good working order
- Support sales efforts by promoting tire packages, maintenance plans, and related automotive products





Experience

- Previous dealership experience or automotive mechanic background highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, especially tires, wheels, and suspension components
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, tire irons, and lug wrenches; familiarity with power tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Experience in automotive repair or maintenance roles that involve tire installation or related services is desirable
- Knowledge of sales techniques to effectively recommend products and services that meet customer needs
