The FAcT Training Administrator supports the administrative lifecycle of aircrew participating in the FAcT flying training program. Reporting to the FAcT Air Operations Manager, the Training Administrator serves as a central point of contact for personnel completing training in Moose Jaw and coordinates with the Department of National Defence (DND), internal teams, and external stakeholders. This position is fully on-site in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
The anticipated work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. Serve as a primary liaison among incoming personnel, DND, CAE departments, and other internal and external stakeholders. Contact incoming personnel and provide administrative onboarding information to support their transition to Moose Jaw.
Coordinate local orientation activities, including facility tours and information about available equipment, systems, and services. Support administrative processes associated with the commencement, progression, phase transition, location transition, and completion of training. Provide first‑level support to FlightPro users and coordinate issue resolution with the appropriate technical or program subject matter expert.
Maintain accurate aircrew qualifications, training records, databases, and associated documentation. Demonstrated customer service or administrative support experience.
Experience in a military,
military aviation, or defence training environment.
Experience in aviation or aircrew training administration.
Experience maintaining training records, qualifications, databases, or recurring program reports.
Experience coordinating onboarding, training activities, or services involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
