As an Auto Insurance Trainee , you’ll play a key role in driving business success. You’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach High school diploma or equivalent Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments,
