Rotation: 14 Days On / 14 Days Off Total Compensation: Up to $100/hour, depending on role, experience, and applicable bonus compensation TK Mining & Construction is actively recruiting skilled and experienced Underground Development Miners for an upcoming underground mining project in the Thunder Bay, Ontario area. We are looking for experienced underground professionals who are comfortable working in a development mining setting and operating as part of a safe, productive, high-performing crew.

We’re Hiring We are accepting applications for: Scoop Operators Conventional Miners Applicants with multiple underground competencies, equipment experience, tickets, or cross-training are strongly encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule ~ Fly-In / Fly-Out (FIFO) ~14 days on / 14 days off ~ Underground mining environment ~ Long-term/project-based opportunities Compensation Compensation may include:



Base wage up to $32/hour Performance / production bonus opportunity up to $65/hour Total earning potential approaching $100/hour Overtime paid in accordance with applicable Ontario employment standards Benefits and paid time off where applicable Final compensation will depend on position, experience, qualifications, performance, and project requirements.
